The judge must have received threats or (more likely) an envelope filled with cash. The cop should have gotten at least a few months in jail. He could have? killed that woman, and her death would have been no accident.
And the? citizens of Chicago are expected to call these guys for help? The next time you are in Chicago ask a police officer for directions or for help. Then brace yourself.

So in chicago I can walk up to someone punch them in the face, throw them on the ground and as long as I dont? do serious injury or disfigurement I just get probation time. Thats pretty much what the attorney is saying. WOW thats hell of a screwed up justice system. They actually think that the fact he got fired is punishment enough. I’ve gotten fired a few times and I just found another job.
