If you’re thinking about using JK Harris, my personal opinion (based on experience with them) is run like hell. Go find a local attorney that specializes in tax and can’t hide behind call centers. They took 00 and would not refund my money even though they had performed very poorly, dragging my case out over a year and ultimately I had to hire another attorney to keep the IRS from exercising their wrath on me. The JK Harris CPA contact that told me he’d be right there with me the whole way did NOT return phone calls. Their boiler room customer service was a nightmare to deal with. Don’t believe me? Look up all the State DA lawsuits against them. Their valuation of my business was a joke and cost me a couple of thousand.

What jk does is add up everything you own and inform the irs of that, than the irs bills you for that amount. Pay it or the irs will TAKE IT. JK HARRIS? EQUALS IRS.
heads up people. JK Harris employs the most caring? talented and intelligent people. Caring and wonderful people with families and friends, hopes and dreams. They work harder and care more deeply than the average tax-PAYING citizen has ever met. Stop bitching on youtube and try being a responsible citizen.
@JKHarrisSucks thanks for your video. JK ripped me off also and I actually got to speak to Monica Lindner the company attorney after I filed? suit. I enjoyed telling her that ‘their lies were up and now the company must live with the ramifications’ The Missouri Attorney General sued and got 3/4ths of my money back !

UGHH!! i wish my parents watched this or read reviews before, now they have taken? there money and my parents are back to square one but OWE MORE they took my parents case even though they knew they couldnt help them after they received their first check from my parents they cashed it and told them they couldnt help

any ad? that says shit like “Don’t let the IRS push you around” and “We’ll take on the IRS for you” i would stay away from…i bet money they don’t talk all that BS when they contact the IRS.
The BBB is a joke and for every person who? says JK Harris screwed them there are, according to the hits on this video, 138.4 people who had a good experience. I don’t take these reviews seriously. The reason, I drive a Trail Blazer and think it is an excellent vehicle but if I goodl “Trail Blazer Review” I will find 1000 people who say it is the worst machine ever created. Nice job going public by the way, less than 2000 people in more than 2 years.

Yep. When the LAST payment was made to JK Harris, the letter came from the IRS denying our request. JK Harris knew documents for proof of deductions had been lost, but they promised to? fix it anyway. Amazing how the timing worked out on that!! They are frauds. I have contacted the BBB and will contact the Attorney General for the State of Indiana next.
Attorney Generals from numerous state have sued JK in class action law suits. I got? 75% of my money back from these scam artists…thanks to Missouri Attorney General.
After seeing my cousin get screwed by this people i have to tell people of her story. They took $5000 over a 12 month “payment plan”. After they took the last payment they sent her a letter saying that her case was closed because the IRS rejected their offer. So guess what? now she owes more to the IRS and lost $5000 to this? scam. Its really sad that these type of business are still out there hurting people

JK harris ripped us off so bad! We cxld the service with in 3 days (they didnt have to do anything) they billed our credit card $4200.00. Then took from May09 til Jan09 to return our money. mean while we were paying interest and larger payments on our credit card. Then when they said they would return our money they kept 845.00 of? the money.. They are rip off artist… Nationally at the BBB the are rated F.. I hate JK Harris
Yes I did for sure. However, I got the last laugh. Every customer they lose because of my true story and is a victory for me. I could have taken the meager settlement they offered which would keep me silent. I chose not to. As for? ass raping, I’d say you’re Steelers have had a few this year.

JK Harris took my money and never did a thing. Kept telling me that they did not have my paperwork, despite sending it via fed ex 2x.
The man who I dealt with, his name was Mr. Crook (how fitting).
They took my money and then I ended up getting garnished and having to deal with the IRS myself.
The IRS lady told me that these agencies? lie. The IRS was actually easier to deal with than JK Harris was.
