  1. @ayamore Welcome to the American legal system. It’s ALL predatory from the judges on down. Jamail stuck it to O’Quinn because he hated O’Quinn with a passion and the opportunity presented? itself, not out of some altruistic need for justice.
    Just my humble opinion. YMMV

  2. @muzzlebreak I don’t think O’Quinn and Joe Jamail are the same at all.? O’Quinn and Richard Laminac cheated their breast implant clients out of millions. Joe Jamail took them to court and won. I was one of O’Quinn’s clients and I for one am very grateful to Joe Jamail for doing what he did. O’Quinn did many other shady things to his clients that never came out at the trial because individual clients of his were never allowed to testify. John O’Quinn was nothing more than a predatory lawyer.

  3. @ayamore O’Quinn was a piece of shit. But so is Jamail. If you’d asked O’Quinn what he? thought was important he’d have said (just like Jamail), “the client”, “the injured parties”, or “the little guy.” BULLSHIT! The ONLY thing that was important to O’Quinn was his own ego. Jamail is the same way.

  4. structured settlements can make a world of difference but need to be done correctly and professionally.

    structuredsettlementspro . com

can help with this – free.?

  5. Good sound honest advice from a great lawyer. John O’Quinn could learn a few things from this? great man.
PS..I can’t wait to go to John O’Quinn’s garage sale!
