During that time, I observed on numerous occasions negligence? and particularly abuse of my mother and other residents. The administration denied the allegations since I had no witnesses other than myself. I documented all my observations and I want to put them on a website. Am I at risk for a defamation lawsuit that I would lose? Thank you.
