I fam filling form i-130 for my wife who still lives abroad and has never been to the united states. my question is, who? signs her form g-325a where it says applicant’s signature. thank u so much for the video.
Applicant is the person whose name appears at the top of the form. So on your wife’s? form her name will appear at the bottom.
I just want to? ask you in the bottom part of the application where it say “APLICANT : Print your name and Alien Registration Number in the box outlined by heavy border below”, do you write your own name or your wife’s name? I don’t really understand who is the Aplicant! =/
